Bounmee Guesthouse

Bounmee/Bounmy had room for 200-300 baht a night. It's a 5-minute walk up the hill from the pier (on the left side). They had a couple of nicer looking buildings, but we got a room in this hut that was a bit off-putting. Basically it's a shack with a bare bulb and taped over cracked ceiling, with a bathroom door that doesn't fully close. There was a fan and a mosquito net. Although the bed was pretty comfortable, there was a slightly odd smell. The ensuite bathroom's shower was almost too hot. With no soundproofing whatsoever (bring earplugs!), you could hear your next door neighbor yawning and music from the riverside restaurant which offered breakfast and dinner.
